Honest requests

Requests must be genuine, accurate and lawful. False requests will be rejected and accounts may be suspended.

Helper commitments

Offers should only be made when you intend and are able to fulfil them.

No payments processed

MyHelpa does not hold, transfer or guarantee money. Arrangements are between matched parties under administrator oversight.

Administrator decisions

Administrators may approve, reject or close requests and commitments, and resolve disputes.
