Every request is reviewed
No request is visible to helpers until an administrator has reviewed it. Emergency requests receive additional verification.
Private documents
Supporting evidence is stored privately and can only be opened by the person who uploaded it and administrators.
Limited public information
Public listings show only a first name and area. Full details are shared only between matched parties.
Approved matches only
A helper's offer becomes a match only after an administrator approves it. A request can only have one active primary match at a time.
Confirmation and disputes
The seeker confirms when assistance arrives. Either party can raise a dispute, which an administrator resolves and records.
Stay safe
- Prefer direct payment to vendors over cash.
- Never share bank PINs or passwords.
